Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Professional Certificate / Sijil Peperiksaan Bersama (UEC) / GCE O-Level Certificate or equivalent

AND

Applicants must be at least 18 years

OR

The applicant must be at least 21 years old and have 3 years of relevant work experience certified by UTMSPACE
