The objective of the Professional Postgraduate in Strategic Management qualification is to develop strategic administrative, management and leadership skills for employees who have the authority and personal attributes to translate organizational strategy into effective operational performance.

This qualification reflects current practice in strategic management and leadership and allows learners to develop and expand their high-level understanding of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This qualification is suitable for a mature learner with a background in the industry. The qualification has a clear work-related emphasis on practical skills development alongside theoretical fundamentals. Successful completion of the Professional Master in Strategic Management will equip learners with the key skills and capabilities to become effective strategic managers. Their award also allows learners to progress into and within employment and or become an entrepreneur

Pass the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Professional Certificate / Sijil Peperiksaan Bersama (UEC) / GCE O-Level Certificate or equivalent

Applicants must be at least 35 years old and have minimum 15 years of relevant work experience certified by UTMSPACE
