    Description

    The initial background proposal on the Multi-Facility Economic Zone (MFEZ) initiative started in January 2005 when H.E President Mwanawasa of the Republic of Zambia visited Japan. The Government of the Republic of Zambia had enlisted the services of Institut Sultan Iskandar and in collaboration of Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (KTPC) to develop the Plan.

    Description

    The Master Plan of Yangon is a comprehensive and integrated development plan that ushers Yangon into the 21st century. The plan is more dedicated to identifying development opportunities in Yangon City. A strategic development and Action Plan with short, medium and long-term strategies have been formulated.
