In 1996, a subsidiary company, ISI Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (ISIV) was incorporated to principally undertake the commercial activities related to the objectives of the Institute and the vision of the University. UTM Authorized Autodesk Training Centre was entrusted under ISIKL management in In 2010. ISIV and UTM-ATC strive to be the National Leader in Up-skilling Innovative Sustainable Urban Habitat workforce.
