EXCOM Programme of Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)

Engineering students from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway have been visiting Malaysia as part of their final year undergraduate curriculum-Construction in Developing Countries (EXCOM). Excom is a yearly programme at NTNU where students voted for the countries they choose to visit. Malaysia was first selected in 2009 with Institute Sultan Iskandar as host. Excom comprises of a one-week technical visit to Malaysia hosted by ISI in collaboration with the construction industry. The focus of interest for the visit was on the engineering aspects of highway construction, water treatment and buildings.
