Description

POIC Park has been prepared to attract investment in palm oil industrial activities in Gebeng and a vital foundation for the development initiative in palm oil-related industries in ECER. This park also provides an important impetus in the growth and development of the proposed Kuantan Port City and serving as a planning instrument for implementation and action. POIC site is zoned industrial, hence compatible within the local plan. POIC 3 land parcels (472 ha) are spatially and functionally integrated within the KPC Pelan.
