Description

Johor Bahru needs radical structural surgery and a new framework which we allow it to fulfill each vision as a highly livable international city. The element of the new framework are: establish the network of roads, boulevards, pedestrian arteries, parks and plazas to provide better planning management so that individual management can be coherently link; incorporate significant landmark such as Bukit Timbalan, the Istana Precinct, Old Town, and the Esplanade into the commercial activities of the city; reestablish and attractive gateway entries from the causeway; and reconnect the old city to the Straits foreshore.
